Welcome to Maison d'Amour. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, accounts, profiles, and related features (the Platform). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Maison d'Amour is an online directory, publishing, and advertising platform for independent adults. Maison does not provide, arrange, negotiate, supervise, process payment for, or participate in escorting, companionship, dating, sexual, booking, or private services. Advertisers manage their own profiles, communications, availability, rates, screening, and arrangements.

2. Adult Eligibility and Age Assurance

You must be at least 21 years old. If the law where you are located requires a higher minimum age to access this type of Platform, the higher age applies. You must provide truthful age information and must not use the Platform if you do not meet the applicable requirement.

A mobile verification code confirms control of a phone number only. It does not verify age or identity. Maison may require a date-of-birth declaration, identity document, selfie or liveness check, or other reasonable evidence before allowing provider publication, paid advertising, private-media access, or other restricted features.

3. Sumsub Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention

Maison may require an identity, age, liveness, or business verification delivered through Sumsub, a service of Sum and Substance Ltd and its relevant affiliates. The checks requested depend on the account type, feature, country, risk level, and verification configuration. They may include identity-document review, selfie or video liveness, facial comparison, business verification, sanctions or watchlist screening, duplicate-account detection, and fraud or device-risk checks where lawful and enabled.

When starting a Sumsub check, you must use your own genuine, current information and documents. You must not submit another person's identity, altered evidence, or attempt to conceal information in order to bypass a safety control. Sumsub's processing is also governed by its applicable service privacy notice, available at sumsub.com/privacy-notice-service.

Verification may involve sensitive or biometric information. Where consent is required by applicable law, the relevant consent must be given before that processing occurs. Refusing or failing a required check may mean that Maison cannot publish a profile, enable restricted media, activate a paid placement, or continue providing a higher-risk feature.

Maison ordinarily stores verification references, status and review outcomes, risk labels, timestamps, moderation comments, and encrypted provider event records. The hosted integration is not designed to copy raw identity-document or selfie images into Maison's application database, although authorised staff may need to inspect information made available through Sumsub when reviewing a result, responding to a request, or investigating fraud.

Automated and provider-generated signals assist authorised human review. They do not by themselves guarantee identity, age, conduct, or safety, and Maison does not use them as the sole basis for a final adverse account decision where applicable law requires human review. You may ask support to review a verification-related restriction.

4. Accounts and Profiles

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring submitted information is accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for a minor, or allow a minor to access your account.

5. Mobile Verification and Transactional Messages

When you request a mobile verification code and give the required consent, you agree to receive a one-time transactional security code from Maison d'Amour at the number supplied. Standard message and data rates may apply. This permission is limited to the requested verification or account-security purpose and is not consent to receive marketing messages.

For assistance, reply HELP where supported or email admin@maisondamour.club. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP where supported. Opting out may prevent completion of phone-dependent security or trust checks. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Any future recurring or promotional SMS program will require a separate, optional consent that is not a condition of account creation. Maison will not infer marketing consent from an OTP request, an age declaration, or acceptance of these Terms.

6. Content and Media

By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have lawful permission to use it, every depicted person is at least 21 years old, and all depicted people have consented to the content and its use. Content involving or appearing to involve anyone under 21, non-consensual material, deceptive identity manipulation, exploitation, or unlawful conduct is prohibited.

7. Payments and Premium Features

Payments relate only to advertising visibility, membership access, profile promotion, and Platform functionality. They do not purchase, guarantee, or relate to an advertiser's independent real-world services. Fees and recurring terms are disclosed before purchase.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform for trafficking, exploitation, coercion, abuse, harassment, fraud, illegal activity, content involving minors, evasion of safety controls, or unauthorised collection or disclosure of personal information. Serious conduct may result in immediate restriction and referral to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.

9. Privacy, IP Evidence, and Platform Security

Our Privacy Policy explains how account, age-gate, identity, verification, consent, technical, and billing information is handled. Maison may record registration and login IP addresses, a keyed IP fingerprint, domain, device or browser information, session and trusted-device evidence, consent events, and security activity to investigate fraud, duplicate accounts, abuse, unauthorised access, and attempts to undermine verification. These signals are not displayed publicly.

You must not attempt to bypass age gates, private-media controls, moderation, access permissions, verification, rate limits, or security features. Privacy tools such as a VPN are not prohibited by themselves, but they must not be used to commit fraud, impersonate another person, evade an enforcement action, or defeat a legal or safety control.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

Maison may review, approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, profiles, messages, media, and access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, address risk, or comply with law. Automated signals may assist review, but they do not guarantee approval or safety.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis. Maison does not guarantee profile accuracy, user conduct, availability, compatibility, outcomes, uninterrupted delivery, or delivery of email or SMS. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison is not liable for independent user communications, meetings, agreements, services, or third-party conduct. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Suspension and Termination

Maison may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, investigate risk, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms. You may close your account subject to lawful retention and unresolved transaction or enforcement requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Maison operating entity serving your region, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live.

14. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

Unless law requires otherwise, activated advertising and digital features are non-refundable. Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled through the available account controls and normally remain active until the end of the paid period. Billing errors and technical failures will be reviewed reasonably.
